Rental Terms and Conditions
$500 will be taken by charge card and processed to hold booking and guarantee quoted price.
Rental must be paid in full 30 days prior to rental.

Minimum age for rental or driver of rental is 25. Only drivers listed on the contract are eligible to drive.
Convenience kits are available at a cost of $75 plus HST. Convenience Kits And Basic Supplies
Kit for additional person available at $30
Sorry, no pets are allowed.
Smoking is not permitted inside units; damage deposit may be forfeited if odour of tobacco smoke is detected inside unit.
Pick-up and return of rental unit
There will be no drop-off or pick-up on Sundays or designated holidays; May
17th & 19th, July 1st, Aug. 31st, Sept.1st, Oct. 11th & Oct. 13th
Pick-up time is from 2 pm. - 4 pm.
Drop-off is from 8am. - 11am, Mon - Fri, 9am - 11am on Sat unless otherwise
requested. (Drop off means that the rental unit is on the lot, all personal contents have been removed, and the RV is available for cleaning).

There will be a charge of $75 per hour for late drop-off.
There will be no refunds for late pickups or early returns.

$500 damage deposit will be taken by credit card at departure for all rentals and will be processed. Deposits will be refunded when the vehicle is returned with all equipment, in a clean and undamaged condition.
Gas and propane must be returned full - if not filled upon return of RV rental, customer will be charged with the cost of filling tank(s) plus a $25 surcharge.
All holding tanks must be fully dumped before return of rental RV. There will be a $50 charge if holding tanks are not dumped upon return.
Complimentary transportation is provided by Islander RV Sales & Rentals to and from the airport or downtown St. John's.
